Last month when I saw this I decided to call and find out what the extra charge was for…otherwise they won’t tell you if you don’t check. El mes pasado cuando vi esto me decidió a llamar y averiguar cuál es el costo extra es para otra cosa… no van a decir si no cheque.

I think that’s crap - you’re actually saving them money on paper costs. Creo que eso es basura - en realidad estás ahorrando dinero en gastos de papel. I couldn’t be bothered to call and complain, but I think a bitchy enough voice (you know who you are) will get that charge right off there.
