Last month when I saw this I decided to call and find out what the extra charge was for…otherwise they won’t tell you if you don’t check. No mês passado quando vi este, decidi convocar e descobrir qual foi o custo extra para o outro ... eles não vão te dizer se você não marcar.

I think that’s crap - you’re actually saving them money on paper costs. Acho que isso é bobagem - você está realmente salvar-lhes dinheiro em papel custos. I couldn’t be bothered to call and complain, but I think a bitchy enough voice (you know who you are) will get that charge right off there.
