If you opt to not have paper bills sent to your house and just trust that you’ll be responsible enough and remember to pay online here’s a warning:

You’ll see an additional $11 charge on your next month’s bill. The charge is labeled ‘Other Charges’.

Last month when I saw this I decided to call and find out what the extra charge was for…otherwise they won’t tell you if you don’t check.

I think that’s crap - you’re actually saving them money on paper costs. I couldn’t be bothered to call and complain, but I think a bitchy enough voice (you know who you are) will get that charge right off there.
