A tip from the new book LL Cool J’s Platinum Workout.

- Squeeze and contract your abs for 20 seconds once an hour everyday.
“LL” says he doesn’t know the science behind it though he swears by it. I’ve been doing this for a week now and to be honest my abs to feel harder and look more define. This is great for travel where you don’t want to look like a freak or can just hop on a treadmill.
