It's usually wet around the squat toilets and well, slipping is the WORST!! I don't find them too bad but so many I've encountered look like they've never, ever been cleaned and can be pretty gross. If you don't have strong thighs you will by the end of your travels. Absolutely detest squats and I've encountered numerous ones. I still have nightmares about the ones in rural Tibet.
