واحدة من الآلاف: دراجة في أمستردام

هناك يقدّم 600,000 دراجات في أمستردام, أيّ يتلقّى السّكان من حوالي 750,000 الناس. على الرغم من البرد, شتاء وقت جيّدة أن يزور أوروبا شماليّة, بشكل خاصّ إن أنت يكون وضعت باتّجاه آخر بحشود. الرقم السائحات إلى المدينة قطرات إلى حدّ كبير واجبة إلى الباردة درجة حرارة وثلج عرضيّة (رغم أنّ هو لم يبدو أن يأثر الخطوط في ال [أنّ] منزل صريحة, أيّ كان حول القالب).

أنا قد كنت إلى المدينة عدّة أوقات من قبل وكان هناك ثانية مع بعض صديقات هذا نهاية أسبوع سابقة. أنا كنت يمكن إلى قدحت هذا صور في المدينة أيّ [فلت] مثل أنا تلقّيت كلّ إلى بنفسي. أنا آمل أن يزور بعض أخرى مدائن في هولندا, بما في ذلك أوترخت عندما يرجع أنا من [بلكنس] شهر تالية. ربّما [بي ثن] سيكون هو لقمة مسخن أيضا.

دبلن مدينة [فوتوجنيك] جدّا رغم أنّ أنا استطاع لم يتمّ هو عدل. (نظر صوري كثير على نحو أفضل على الظهر من ي [كسو] [إإكسيليم] آلة تصوير رقميّة.) أنا كنت في مدينة يحضر [هوسكرس] غير أنّ يصل [ا فو] أيام باكرا أن يستكشف. أنا حدثت أن على قبض هذا صورة بينما أنا كنت يخسر يحاول أن يحصل من واحدة نهاية من المدينة إلى الأخرى وأخذ هو على نزوة. يميل الشوارع أن يحني واسم يغيّرون من واحدة قالب إلى التالية… و أنا بلا أمل رهيبة مع اتّجاهات.

D’olier Chambers was built in 1891 by a tobacco company but now houses the Mona Lisa Restaurant on the first floor. I’ll be writing more about Dublin next week, which is a fun city to wander around; until then you can see some more of my photos from Dublin here.

The Blue Lagoon, Iceland

The Blue Lagoon is one of Iceland’s most popular tourists destinations and you’ll see the steam rising from the horizon as you make your way from Kefairport into Reykjavik. The water temperature stays a constant 40C (104F) throughout the year, even during the dark winter months. The added cold makes the warm waters even more enjoyable and the small December crowds are another reason you can and should visit Iceland in the winter.

Just be careful and watch your step as you hurry from the showers out to the lagoon, it’s extremely slippery. Also, as is the case with the hot tap water in Iceland, the Blue Lagoon does not have a distinctive rotten egg smell (caused by sulfur). The Christmas Market In Lubeck, Germany

This was my first time at any of Germany’s famous Christmas markets which pop up around December. The market was active with people shopping for last-minute gifts, drinking punsch (a sweet liqueur served warm), and of course eating candy. I enjoyed the spirit in the market which was bustling, but the punsch…not so much.
