Arad Fort’s position close to the water makes it a good place to get pictures of Manama from across bay. At sunset though you’ll want to check out that city’s version of the Fast and the Furious, as modified cars of all sorts are cleaned and shown off in the parking lot of Arad Fort. It’s not an official venue mind you but something a little different. Also, keep in mind that after sunset finding a cab isn’t easy so be sure to plan around it or walk up to one of the restaurants down the block and ask if they’ll call you one.
