Chores for Charity

December 7, 2006 by Anil P.

As you know we here at L’avant Poste have been collecting donations for UNICEF all of 2006 – with a goal of raising $1000 by the end of the year. Well we’re now in crunch time, so I’m offering my services in exchange for $10 towards UNICEF.

  • I’ll hand wash your car (yes I know it’s cold, but I’ll do it ;) )
  • I’ll perform any work you might need done on a computer. From upgrades, spyware removals, to other repairs. You name it and I’ll do it if at all possible.
  • Sober rides on the weekends – through the end of December I’ll give you and two other people a sober ride home.
    • You’ll have to let me know in advance though.
  • I’ll pick up your groceries for you.

These offers are only feasible in the DC metro area. Please email me if you’re interested in any of the above, or if you’ve got other chores you need done.

PS. For you international readers, I’ll do whatever I can from over here…just let me know if I can help.

It’s for a good cause and I’ll be on call to help you with your chores. Thanks, -aop
