Free CD Ripping with Express Rip

Many of you guys have or will be getting iPods as holiday gifts. I usually travel around with my laptop for something to do on long (or short) flights. Video iPods are changing the need to bring your laptop and DVDs, and unless you’re flying Lufthansa, you’ll be without Internet too.

In case you don’t like, need, use, or know what iTunes is – here is a nice piece of (free, free, free) software that you can start to use ripping those CDs over to mp3s. You can download and play with Express Rip CD Ripper here. It’s Windows only, but come on, if you’re using Mac, you’re using iTunes

I’ll be sharing some other nifty software over the next few days to help hookup your iPod and other gadgets for the holiday travel as well.
