A good article though long and detailed. Certainly worth a look if you’re planning on going anytime soon. And yes, it does have information about smoking marijuana (look on page 5).
“Coffeeshops” don’t pull in customers with the aroma of java, and while it is an offense to sell or buy marijuana, the tolerant police turn a blind eye to personal use as long as there are no disturbances.
